Suzuki @ Work offers FREE after-sales service check ups

Suzuki Service Manager Rommel Cabanela noticed that some of their customers weren't returning for dealer checkups because their service warranty has expired. But that doesn't mean that they should no longer experience car care the Suzuki way. So, to entice Suzuki owners to keep their cars in tip top shape, Suzuki Philippines launched the “Suzuki @ Work” - a free after-sales service camp.
The Suzuki service camp functions like an assembly line where each vehicle passes through three service bays. In the first bay, a team of qualified technicians inspects the vehicle's general condition, including the A/C, widows, mirrors, wipers, lights, and brakes. Then, the wheel bearing, tire condition, and power steering hoses and fluids are checked at the second bay. Lastly, Suzuki engineers will take an exhaustive look under the hood, where the condition of the belts, engine, engine oil, as well as ignition timing are examined at the last bay.
After the checkup, vehicle owners will get an update on their vehicle's condition, and when needed, be encouraged to avail of discounted parts and services. The whole process is documented in a service check-list that accompanies the vehicle through the three bays. The check-list also serves as proof that the vehicle has gone though the service camp.
The first Suzuki @ Work after-sales service camp was held at Suzuki Auto Lipa in Batangas last September 1, 2012. For more info, visit or call Suzuki's customer care hotline: (02) 902-1001.
