The Mazda CX-9 gets the KODO-treatment for 2013

KODO is Mazda's newest design and styling philosophy. According to them, a car's design should “capture the beauty and power of a cheetah pouncing on its prey” or what they simply call as “Soul of Motion.” The first to adopt the KODO ideology was the all-new CX-5 and was followed shortly by the all-new Mazda 6. And for 2013, the next model that steps up to get the KODO-treatment is the CX-9.
First released in 2007, the CX-9 gets a KODO-facelift to give it a new outlook in life and now looks very much like its newest siblings. They've changed the headlights, grill, and front bumper, with minor revisions at the back. But aside from this, there are no major mechanical changes announced for the CX-9.

Kia refreshes the Sorento for 2014

The second generation Kia Sorento has been around since early 2010, and it’s about time that the model receives a much-needed facelift. So to refresh their beloved midsize crossover SUV, the Korean automaker teases the public with their upcoming 2014 Sorento.
While the rest of the body remains the same, notable changes for the midlife update include new head lights and tail lights which feature led lamps, more aggressively designed front and rear bumpers, and larger 19-inch alloy wheels. What's remarkable is that these changes actually clean up the Sorento's line , making it look a lot, lot more sophisticated and a little bit... European. As a matter of fact, the new tail lights are a bit Audi-like.

Honda's new facelifted 2012 City comes to light

The current-generation Honda City first appeared on stage back in 2009, and has since then sold over 20,000 copies. But at only three years old, this lovable subcompact is beginning to show some age spots. So without further adieu, Honda has taken it under the knife for a much-needed facelift, so that it can once again walk the walk.
Without changing the basic recipe, the City flaunts a completely new face and a new set of rims for 2012. It borrows some style points from the pre-MMC Jazz to smoothen-out the lines of the new front bumper and blackened out the lower chin to give it a more aggressive look. The rear bumper too gets a similar treatment with a black center diffuser and reflectors installed on either side. Final touches were then put on the rear taillights' new parallel clear cutouts and the grill's ever so slightly widened horizontal grooves.
