When you see something evolve into an art form, things get emotional. During the event “The Vanishing Point 2013 - The International Pagani Gathering,” Pagani Automobili S.p.A. unveiled the final version of the Zonda: The Zonda Rovolucion. After milking the Zonda cow so much, the company’s founder Horacio Pagani has declared this to be the final evolution of the line. The small company based in San Cesario sul Panaro, near Modena Italy, does to carbon fiber what KFC does to chicken. The Zonda Revolucion is the epitome of art, technology, and performance applied to a track car. The Revolucion was created to get pants wet on the track and standing still.

After a three-year hiatus, the Asian Le Mans Series is finally coming back in 2013. And who better to supply the tires during it's comeback season than Michelin.
Serge Grisin, Michelin’s Four-wheel Motorsport Program Director, and Mark Thomas, Managing Director of the Asian Le Mans Series, signed a deal which will see Michelin supply tires and associated services in 2013 to the Asian Le Mans Series. The event is organized by the Asian Endurance Operating Company Limited and sanctioned by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO).

Last time I’ve seen a Hyundai on the World Rally Championship (WRC) stage was exactly 10 years ago when the Accent WRC battled it out with Evos and STIs. Sadly, their lackluster performance failed to land any podium positions in all the races they’ve joined. By then, it was a lost cause and Hyundai quietly packed their bags and walked out of the WRC.
But in 2012, they teased an i20 kitted out with a roll cage and stripped down to bare metal at the Paris Auto Show. Not much was said about the car other than Hyundai’s intention to return to WRC. Being a sceptic, I guess this was nothing more than a show and tell segment in Hyundai’s marketing tool box.

Ford Philippines continues the expansion of their nationwide dealer network with the official opening of their 32nd dealership in the country. Under the ownership of dealer principal Anthony Cheng of the ANC Group, Ford Manila Bay is located along Macapagal Blvd. to cater the customer base in the bay area. The newly-built two-storey facility features a 12-vehicle showroom and offers full service after-sales service that could accommodate up to 32-vehicles at the same time - making it one of the blue oval brand's biggest dealerships in the country.

Lexus Manila launches the all-new IS 350 on track

I'll get things out of the way real quick and cut to the chase. The all-new Lexus IS 350 will give BMW and Mercedes-Benz owners something to think about. Bold words to some, but let me explain.
When a car marque decides to do the press launch of a new model on the race track, with its best target competitors on hand for comparison, you know something's got to be up with the car. That's exactly what greeted us when we arrived at the Clark International Speedway (CIS) for the drive of the all-new IS 350. On hand were the two brand-spanking new IS 350's - a standard model and a delicious F Sport - plus an outgoing IS 300, a previous gen BMW 3 Series, and a current Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
